Flowers and plants are natural, perishable products, each with different needs and lifespans. The utmost care and attention is taken by our florists to ensure that every item leaving our studio is in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Cancellations of orders are not accepted. All orders placed are final.
If you wish to change your order, 48 hours notice (prior to delivery date) is required. Additional charges may apply.
